About us
A Japanese web company, at home in Penang
Creative Cyber Cats (M) Sdn. Bhd. is the Malaysian company of the Cyber Cats group, a web production company founded in Tokyo. We have been in George Town since 2016, building websites for Malaysian businesses, and we now bring the AI Digital Employee to them.
Our Japan story
26 years of building websites for Japanese businesses
The Cyber Cats group started in Tokyo as a web production company. Over 26 years it has completed more than 14,000 web projects for organisations across Japan, from clinics, schools, law firms, logistics companies and restaurants to the medical faculty of a leading university and a major electric power company. It is a market where clients expect precise work, clear communication and deadlines that are kept.
In 2016 we opened Creative Cyber Cats in Penang to bring the same standards to Malaysian businesses. In 2026 we added the AI Digital Employee, after running it first on a job portal our group operates in Japan.

How we work
We set it up, you run your business
Our clients are owners and managers, not IT people. We do the technical work and explain only what you need to know.
Honest about what it can do
The AI employee helps your staff. It does not replace them, and it does not answer what it has not been told. We say so on every page.
Japanese care, local languages
Attention to detail from our Tokyo roots, with a Penang team that speaks English, Malay, Chinese and Japanese.
