About the setup fee
The setup fee covers the work of teaching the AI employee your business: collecting your information, writing and testing the answers, placing the chat on your website and reviewing the first conversations with you. It depends on how much information your business has, so we quote it after the trial, when we know exactly what is needed. There is no charge during the trial.
What happens after the trial?
We send you a short summary of the conversations and a quote for the setup fee. If you continue, the monthly plan starts from that date. If not, we remove the chat from your site. No charge.
What if I miss a payment?
We remind you first. If the plan remains unpaid after the reminder, the chat is paused until payment is made, and then switched back on.
How much information can I give it?
The standard plan covers about 2,000 words of business information: your price list, opening hours, services, policies and common questions. That is enough for most small businesses. If you need more, for example a full product catalogue, we quote a higher plan.
What if I reach the daily limit?
Visitors see a short message with your WhatsApp link, and we let you know. If it happens regularly, we move you to a higher-volume plan.
