Privacy notice
This notice explains how Creative Cyber Cats (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (PDPA). Last updated: 14 October 2026.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional) and your message.
- WhatsApp: your phone number, name and the messages you send us.
- AI chat on this website: the text you type into the chat. Please do not enter personal data such as identity numbers, bank details or health information into the chat.
- Website usage: standard analytics data such as pages visited and device type, collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the service you asked for.
- To set up and improve the AI Digital Employee demo on this website.
- To understand how visitors use the website and improve it.
The AI chat on this website
The chat is operated by us using a third-party AI service provider. The text you type is sent to that provider to generate an answer, and a copy of the conversation is kept in our logs so we can check the quality of the answers. We do not use the chat to collect personal data, and we ask you not to enter any.
For our clients' websites
When we provide the AI Digital Employee on a client's website, the client is responsible for its visitors' personal data and for providing its own privacy notice. We process that data on the client's instructions only, keep it secure, and do not use it for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers we use to run our business (hosting, email, analytics and the AI service provider), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then deleted. Chat logs are reviewed for quality and deleted periodically.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. Email contact@cybercats.com.my and we will respond within a reasonable time.
